En un cuenco, a parte, mezclar la miel y el limón hasta que la miel esté totalmente líquida. Cuando el salmón esté hecho por dentro subir la temperatura del fuego para que se dore y una vez que lo esté verter sobre el salmón la miel y el limón, dejar que esta también se dore, dar la vuelta al salmón para que se impregne bien de la miel y el limón.
